Returns Policy

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 14days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

We do not accept opened merchandise, including opened or torn packaging and packing slip for refund or exchange.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded. 

If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the refund we apply to your credit card.

Please note, we do not accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

It is advisable that all returns are shipped back to using a trackable courier(UPS, FedEx, or DHL) 

Any package that has not been received by and tracking information cannot be provided, will be the sole responsibility of the shipper. 

Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return or exchange. 

If your package is returned to marked as "refused", "unclaimed", or "undeliverable", and you would like to have it re-shipped, we will unfortunately need to charge N2,000.00 re-shipping fee.
